Common fault causes and treatment methods of sweeper

In the process of daily operation, it is inevitable that the sweeper can not be used normally due to some mistakes made by us in the process of use. We summarize the reasons for the failure of the sweeper and the solutions. Please see the following:


1. Fault phenomenon: the hydraulic actuator acts, and the pressure gauge has no indication

Fault causes: 1. The power take-off is not connected and the oil pump does not run.

                      2. The filter is blocked

                      3. The check valve or pressure regulating valve is stuck


     Solutions: 1. Check the power take-off and operating mechanism.

                      2. Clean the filter screen to remove impurities.

                      3. Check whether the pressure regulating spring and steel ball are stuck.

Trouble shooting of overheated engine and high water temperature during dust cleaning of sweeper


2. Fault phenomenon: when cleaning, the engine overheats: the water temperature is too high or it is not easy to stop.

Cause of failure: 1. Insufficient cooling water for auxiliary engine.

                           2. Engine ignition too late.

                           3. The blower doesn't work well.

                           4. Engine radiator blocked.

                           5. The space between the suction nozzle and the ground is too small.


Exclusion method:1. Add cooling water.

                              2.Correct the ignition timing.

                              3. Maintenance of fan bearing.

                              4. Increase the ground clearance of suction nozzle.

3.The auxiliary engine of the sweeper cannot be separated from the dust suction fan and the troubleshooting.

Fault phenomenon: the auxiliary engine and dust blower cannot be separated.


Cause of failure:1. The clutch master cylinder is short of oil.

                          2. Clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder damaged.

                          3. There is air in the oil circuit.

                          4. Improper clutch adjustment.

                          5. The free clearance of master cylinder is too large.


Exclusion method:1. Make up fluid.

                             2. Check whether the master cylinder or slave cylinder is damaged and repair it.

                             3. Drain the air in the master cylinder pipe.


                             4. Readjust the clearance of each part of the clutch .

                             according to the standard.

                             5. Readjust the master cylinder top.
