1. Photos, video and problems description (more details as better)
2. Checking the machine’s seal No., Engine No. and the date of arrived.
3. If it is in the warranty, supply free parts according the warranty policy, if not, supply necessary technical supply to help client fix the problem and offer paid parts
4. Ask the part No. according the part catalogue when fixed the problem and supply the parts
